Olšanské hřbitovy (Olsany Cemetery, Prague)

March 23rd, 2011. Spent about 4 hours walking around and photographing with several cameras. It is overwhelmingly beautiful. This is the largest cemetery in Prague. Not many angels but many, many, many crucifixes.

"To this day there is evidence of 230,000 people buried, 65,000 graves sites, 200 chapel graves and six columbariums in Olšany Cemetery."

Foto: Pushing Boundaries at Arc Gallery, San Francisco

These 3 images are in a show called Foto: Pushing Boundaries in San Francisco. The show is up through the end of March.

This image was made in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

The image above is one of my favorite self-portraits.

She looks quite different in person.

Adi sitting on the steps of the back porch of her house in Marshall. This was the first picture I mad of her in this mask. It is on exhibit at the Plastic Camera (Krappy Kamera) Show at Soho Photo in New York.

Taken with a holga on my last day visiting family in Michigan last October. This girl was at the playground while her aunt sat in the car. She seemed lonely and was very talkative. She was perfectly happy having her picture taken with the mask on. I believe she was 9 years old. This was the playground at Ketchum Park.
