These are images from the mummy museum in Guanajuato. Unfortunately, I only had about 20 mins in the museum because the guide on my trip said "once you've seen one mummy, you've seen them all".
I thought they were really fascinating and I was bummed I had such little time to check them out. The light was very low in the museum and unfortunately they didn't have much information in the bookstore, just a couple of postcards.Some of them had clothes on (to the right is a detail of the shoes that one of them was wearing). Some of them had hair and the one in the center above was holding a precious little doll.
